Customer Advocate - Full-time / Part-time

Kelly Services is now hiring Customer Advocates in Jacksonville, IL! Title: Customer Advocate (Temp-To-Hire) Start Date: November 27, 2017 Pay rate range: $12.80/HR Description: Work in a high-volume customer service center where you will be assisting Blue Cross Blue Shield members with questions regarding the Affordable Healthcare Act. These will be escalated calls and the representative will act as a liaison between the member and the marketplace. Must be able to navigating conversations that may be very emotionally charged due to strong political views.    Requirements: High school diploma or GED, data entry and/or typing exp. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi task and prioritize is required. Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to sit for long periods of time. Analytical and problem solving skills. Must be dependable and flexible. Benefits include: Monday – Friday hours (must be available for an 8 hour shift between 7:00am – 7:00pm.
