Service Writer (RV Service Advisor)

Overview

 

General RV, one of the largest and most successful RV dealers in the nation, has an opening for an RV Service Advisor. As a Service Writer, you work directly with our customers to schedule service work for repairs and or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing customers with excellent customer service throughout their entire service experience.
• Schedule service appointments with customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Effectively communicate with service customer to determine service issues or maintenance that is needed.
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers and how the issue can be repaired.
• Inspect RV’s thoroughly. 

Qualifications

• Prior RV or Automotive Service Writing experience is desired.
• General automotive or RV mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Professional appearance is a must.  
• Reliable and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license.
