Cumberland Mountain CSB is seeking a
Medical Doctor

Cumberland Mountain Community Services Board (CMCSB) is seeking a Board Certified Medical Doctor to provide services on a part-time basis to individuals in a medication assisted treatment program within the CSB. CMCSB provides treatment to individuals with behavioral health, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. This position focuses on providing medical services, to include evaluation and treatment oversight to a co-occurring substance use disorders treatment center and Residential Recovery program, as well as being a waivered physician to administer medication assisted treatment to up to 30 individuals. May also include conducting physicals and assessments for the detoxification component of the program. Will work up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility necessary. The service location is supported by RN's, LPN's, and Master's and Bachelor's level counselors. The position is located in Lebanon, VA, but incumbent may provide services at other locations of CMCSB. Incumbent must hold a medical degree and be licensed to practice in Virginia. Incumbent must also be willing to apply for waiver to administer medication assisted treatment. Must also possess a valid driver's license and good driving record, and must meet all CMCSB pre-employment screenings. Financial assistance for interviewing and relocation is available.
