Sanitation Equipment & Department Cleaner Part Time $17/HR! - Full-time / Part-time

Sanitation – Equipment & Department Cleaner – Part Time Are you looking to work PART-TIME? (Minimum 8 hours per day) Are you taking class and can only work 1-3 days a week? Getting ready for the holidays and would like to make extra money? WE HAVE OPTIONS FOR YOU! Scope of the position: The role of the equipment and department cleaner would entail assisting with cleaning equipment, sanitize, and assist with reassembling all equipment and the department area floors, storage, and other miscellaneous items within the department. Follow and learn EMP’s Learn sanitation procedures Check schedules for any production changes Learn all cleaners used in department and understand the proper labeling procedures for each Complete setups, fill foot foamers at the end of each shift Record and track daily activities that are assigned to you with check list Keep Supervisor and Lead’s of any problems and areas of possible improvements Keep areas clean Inform Line Technician and/or Supervisor of damaged and/or worn equipment   Must be able to dismantle, clean, and sanitize and reassembly the following: Blenders Roto Clone System Work overhead as instructed by the supervisor or line operator to wipe and clean overhead items Clean office space and sanitation room Replace gaskets (if needed)   Safety First: Must be safe conscious at all times as working with moving machinery is a moderate to but controllable hazard. Hearing protection and appropriate PPE is required in the area. Lifting Requirement: Ability to life up to 55lbs (periodically)   Working Conditions: Fair – the working conditions will vary with a pace that can be strenuous and fast pace at times. The Temperature can be very warm during sanitation with wet conditions. Rubber boots and additional appropriate safety apparel is provided and would be checked out to each person to assist with protection.
