Aerotek is ACTIVELY HIRING for Production Helpers/General Labor near downtown Phoenix!!

General Labor / Production Helpers will have various assignments throughout the shop including cleaning, deburring, moving materials, polishing product, prepping, sorting for shipment, etc. for a heavy steel manufacturing plant. Beams are fabricated from raw material and shipped out of all different sizes.
General Labor / Production Helpers Work Environment:
- General production in a heavy steel manufacturing setting
- The manufacturing floor is covered but not climate controlled
- In the summer the facility will get very hot
- Fast paced and long hours
General Labor / Production Helpers Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of recent construction, manufacturing or general labor experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced general production setting
- Take good direction and a have a strong will to work
- Have experience with working outside in Arizona
- Able to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Proficient at reading a tape measure
- All candidates must be open to 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts
