About this job
This role is very similar to an Account Management role where the Customer Support Specialist will manage all aspects of the order cycle to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of our clients products. Customers will be faxing in, calling in and sending orders through email and the candidate must be able to process the orders quickly and work across departments to make sure the order is placed correctly. 70% of communication is via email, 30% is via phone.
Work Environment: Upbeat, fun, team oriented!
Hours: 6 weeks of training at 8:00am - 4:30pm
Then the shift moves to 9:00am - 5:30pm
Qualifications:
-2 years of customer service representative experience in a manufacturing company
-Must exceed global average on Microsoft Excel Standard User testing
