Customer Relations

Main Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in placing orders over the phone

2. File purchase orders

3. Responsible for engineering and work order routing

4. Communicate and coordinate with other departments successfully

5. Produce a repeatable, consistant and accurate process which will enable manufacturing to produce to expectations

Qualifications REQUIRED to be considered;

-->Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities

->Previous customer/client support experience

-->Logistics experience

->Strong communication skills
