Responsibilities

Responsible for carrying out all daily tasks as well as special projects. Helps identify employee strengths and weaknesses in order to provide appropriate training. Ensures team understands and follows safety requirements. Sets achievable, but challenging goals and objectives for team members. Holds meetings as needed in order to keep team aligned with said goals. Creates an open environment where team members feel able to communicate new ideas and suggestions. Helps improve the client experience by improving efforts and providing excellent customer service. Look at how the details can support the big picture operations of the company. Understands the big picture on how streamlining processes, reducing costs, and uncovering efficiencies improves the well-being of both the company and clients' experience.

Some OT might be required.
This ideal candidate will be comfortable working either first or swing shift.
