Provide leadership and coaching for a staff of 30 warehouse associates
Train employees in warehouse operations, safety procedures, and company policy - ensured compliance with all OSHA regulations and internal safety guidelines
Assign tasks and oversee team performance to ensure productivity standards are maintained

must have past leadership experience within a warehouse environment,with picking experience. Must be proficient with Excel,and Microsoft word must be able to manage a team up to 30 people
