Aerotek is currently hiring for several Sales Representatives for our healthcare client located in North Austin. This position will start as more of a Sales Support role with the opportunity to move into a true Inside Sales role within the first year of employment.
The primary purpose of this role is two functions:
#1) Contact current or existing patients and educate them on the fact that they will be receiving a patient bill. They may also need to gather missing information from the patient so they can appropriately estimate the patient bill amounts.
#2) They will promote additional offerings to the patient while on the phone. They have additional health and genetic related services to offer patients.
This role will require:
-100+ outbound calls per day. Using an auto-dialer
-Use the internal software, programs, and resources to quote estimated out of pocket costs to potential patients.
-Skilled with basic computer programs and be able to navigate through as many as 6 different systems and 2-3 monitors.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- 2+ years experience in a sales, lead generation, or sales support role
- Strong communication skills
