Seeking to hire Mechanical Assemblers in San Diego!
We are an established company with opportunity for growth. There are several different departments within the company and we are looking for motivated individuals to grow with our company!
These are Mechanical Assembler positions on 1st shift! The start time is flexible but preferably starting at 6:00am.
Also we are offering a benefits package in case interested.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follows production drawings, sample assemblies and verbal instructions
- Interprets and works from drawings, work instructions and bills of material
- Works on assembled components
- Uses a variety of hand and power tools to perform skilled fitting and assembly work. Inspect parts and performs basic tests
- Adjusts or trims materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics
- Follows safety procedures
- Ensures that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process
- May perform hand soldering using a soldering iron.
Job Qualifications:
- 1+ year of mechanical assembly
- Ability to work with hand tools
- Soldering experience is a plus
- Must have mathematical skills
- Must have strong communication skills
