QA Lab Technician - 2nd Shift

The QA Lab Tech is responsible for visual and lab inspections of various food grade product in a fast paced, clean room manufacturing facility. Significant amount of walking throughout the day along with continuous lifting up to 35lbs repetitively throughout the duration of the shift.

Contractors will also assist in visual and rework areas. In these areas they will utilize work orders and printouts to visually and manually inspect product throughout production process as well as reworked product where there may be defective product.

Daily job duties include but are not limited to:
-Quality checks on raw and in processor materials
-Food quality checks
-ph test
-Good Computer Skills (Data Entry)
-Visual inspection
-Moisture analysis
-Follow SOPs
-Support quality manager
-Complete visual inspection on in process & rework product.

Shift/Schedule:
4:00pm CST - 1:00am CST (overtime could push shift to 2am+)
5-6 days a week (busier season could result in 6-7 days a week)
Scheduled off-days can rotate and are not guaranteed to be weekend days.
