Clinical Pharmacy Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Clinical Pharmacy Technicians review any and all request(s) (prior authorizations, step therapy, formulary exception) regarding a rejection on the retail pharmacy end. Each specialist will review certain criteria and guidelines to either reject or approve the medication/prescription. You will review the request and research through their benefits system, and also reach out to the clinic regarding certain situations to obtain information. This is a very fast-paced work environment. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to medical terminology used for a wide range of medications and procedures.
