A McDonald's shift manager provides excellent leadership to crew to provide quality, service, and cleanliness to our customers. Shift managers oversee all operations ranging from greeting customers to the quality and speed of service. Additionally, shift managers are responsible for ensuring that adequate maintenance is carried out and controlling inventory and production.
