We are looking for energetic, positive Team Members to join our front counter and kitchen teams. We are looking for part time as well a full time Team Members. 

  • Must be able to work various shifts per week.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Role Descriptions

We are hiring Team Members who will perform one or more front of house roles, including the following:

  • Front Counter Register: Responsible for the guest experience by taking orders quickly and efficiently, managing a cash drawer, creating a positive and engaging guest experience by making eye contact, sharing a smile, speaking enthusiastically, and staying connected to the guest. Candidate should display traits of hospitality, such as: "May I serve the next guest?" and "My Pleasure," serving guest's drinks and ensuring the front of the house is clean. Can assist in stocking products and supplies in the front of the house during off peak times.
  • Expediter: Responsible for bagging dine-in, carry-out, mobile and drive-through orders with speed and accuracy while communicating effectively with the kitchen team. During off peak hours this person may also be stocking products and supplies in the front of the house. Runners : Responsible for getting the food, once bagged, to the guests by using guests' names. This person can help bag orders as well and should be focused on getting the orders to the guests quickly.
  • Drive-through Order Taker: Responsible for taking the orders of our drive-through guests quickly and efficiently and in a courteous and friendly manner. This Team Member will ensure accuracy of the order with the guest, and often make a connection with the guest as they are then relayed to the drive-through cashier.
  • Drive-through Cashier: Responsible for greeting the guest at the drive-through window, repeating the guest's order to ensure accuracy, and managing a cash drawer. This person will create a positive and engaging guest experience by making eye contact, sharing a smile, speaking enthusiastically, and staying connected to the guest.
  • Host: Responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience for our dine-in guests. This person will perform table "touch-ins" and determine any additional guest needs after their orders have been received (i.e. beverage refreshes, additional condiments, assistance with a small child, etc.). The hosts will also perform tasks to maintain a clean and pleasant dining room, and will also re-stock the condiment counter during quieter times or as necessary. We are hiring Team Members who will perform one or more back (heart) of house roles, including but not limited to the following:
  • Kitchen Prep: Responsible for the preparation of food and products such as: lettuce, carrots & cabbage mixture, fruit cups, salads, lemonade, tea, milk and egg wash, chicken for salads, and all other products that require advance preparation. This person will can also assist with stocking needs for front and back of the house.
  • Boards: Responsible for reading monitors and building orders, understanding the business flow and ensuring there is enough food to meet demand, communicating product needs to the Breader, producing products within Chick-fil-A quality standards and effective communication with the front of house team.
  • Breader: Responsible for thawing, rotating, filleting, and breading chicken. Should maintain a clean breading table, sift flower, and ensure coater and milkwash is at the appropriate level.
  • Machines: Responsible for cooking chicken products, setting all timers when the chicken products are removed from the Henny Penny pressure cookers, responsible for the "quick clean" of each Henny Penny after 5 drops (cooking rounds), and communicates chicken product needs to those at the Boards and the Breader.
  • Waffle Fry Station: Responsible for cooking, salting and boxing Waffle Potato Fries.
  • Utilities: Responsible for assisting with breaks for Team Members, ensuring a clean storefront, taking out garbage, retrieving needed items and products from dry storage, coolers or freezers.
