Position Purpose:

The Senior Project Coordinator role represents the Credit & Collections department for all cross-functional projects. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the organization and ensures that the Credit & Collections team is appropriately engaged in all relevant projects.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

  • 50%  Represents and leads the Credit & Collections department on various projects across the organization; attends and/or leads all project meetings and serves as liaison/engages the appropriate department managers when needed; lead and coordinate department testing of relevant projects
  • 25%  Serves as lead point of contact for IT and vendor-related questions/concerns; coordinates testing and troubleshooting as needed; serves as primary decision-maker for project-related activities
  • 25%  Leads efforts on any additional projects assigned by management team

Nature and Scope:

This position reports to the Accounts Receivable Cash Manager and has no direct reports.

Environmental Job Requirements:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Travel:

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Standard Minimum Qualifications:

Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must pass the Drug Test. Must pass Background Check. Must pass pre-employment test if applicable.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of high school diploma or GED

Work Experience Required: 2 years

Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree (prefer degree in Business or Computer Information Systems)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office products (previous experience in an office environment, preferred)
  • Proficiency with core systems: Unisys, RS6000, Get Paid Knowledge,
