About this job
The Sanitation Cleanup Worker will be responsible for the sanitation of food processing equipment and the general plant following established plant procedures. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Dismantle, clean sanitize and assemble processing equipment to meet specifications and established standards. Required to know all facets of cleaning procedures or processing equipment to include conveyors, machines and packaging equipment. Responsible for the quality and inspection of own work. Required to work in an environment that is wet, very humid, and undergoes extreme temperature changes, from very hot to very cold. Record gauge readings, materials used, processing times, and/or test results in production logs. Report
