Accounting Clerk A/P – Full Time

We are a well establish, fast-paced general contractor engaged in residential and commercial construction. Seeking skilled office team member who is positive, energetic and eager to get things done.

Duties:
1. Accts payable involving job cost, checks, EFTs and credit card processing
2. Sub-contracts and change order tracking
3. Vendor insurance compliance tracking
4. Prepare project close out documents and project manuals
5. Handle vendor inquiries
6. Filing and other office duties as needed

Experience and skills desired:
Minimum 2 yrs of office work experience,
Be detail oriented and have a diligent work ethic with a high degree of accuracy
Have the ability to multi-task, organized and dependable
A team builder who interacts with patience and focuses on cooperation

Construction experience or Sage 300 CRE experience is a plus,
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Able to type 40 wpm.

Salary depending on experience, 401k benefits, medical and dental insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.
