Remote LPN/RN Care Coordinators

A Nationwide Healthcare Client Company of Aerotek is immediately seeking to hire 10+ Telehealth Care Coordinators that are 100% REMOTE opportunities!

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to be qualified for this position and ideally seeking candidate applications with an expertise in either managing medicaid or medicare member populations, or long term care, or assisted living, or home health experience.

Currently hiring for the following counties:
Bland County, Bristol County, Lee County, Scott County, Russell County, Smyth County, Wise County, Galax County, Tazewell County, Grayson County, Carroll County, Washington County, Buchanan County, and Dickenson County.

Pay rates for the Care Coordinator positions are as follows:

LPN Care Coordinator Position: $45K-$52K salary

RN Care Coordinator Position: $60K-$70K salary
