The ideal candidate for this position will possess inherent customer service skills, a passion for customer care, and a commitment to proactive service and recovery as necessary. Members of the VIP Hospitality team will work to resolve customer issues using a rich set of tools which include real time customer data. Members of this team will operate in a highly collaborative way and will deliver on Caesars service promise, while be held accountable for all service opportunities that may arise.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* The VIP Marketing Host will generate revenue through the development and servicing of relationships with existing and potential target guests.

* Responsible for the quality of service offered to patrons of Caesar's Entertainment Venues

* Effectively handles guests complaints and discrepancies, assures that all guests are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner.

* Will facilitate all guest reservation requests promptly and without error in our UrVenue reservation system.

* Ensures guests are aware of events and supports the execution of them.

* Maintains a high level of visibility throughout the facility.

* Build guest loyalty by exceeding all expectations in service and dependability.

* Collaborates with all departments to ensure total guest satisfaction.

* GUEST SERVICE REQUIREMENTS:

-- Provide a friendly personal and a willingness to interact.

* ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

-- Maintain a minimum of $5,000 in sales from VIP table reservations at your assigned venue. (This is the sum of all table reservation sub-totals.)

-- Have a minimum of 100 guests checked in on the VIP guest list per week at your assigned venue.

-- All VIP table reservations must be entered in to UrVenue including; the guests full name, cell number, and email address. Reservations without complete information will not be counted towards the minimum

requirements and individual commissions will not be paid.

-- All assigned data collection, marketing, and social media tasks must be completed per management's requests.

* EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

-- High School Diploma Required or equivalent

-- College Degree preferred

-- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

-- 2 years' experience in hospitality working in a high volume restaurant

-- Valid Driver's License

-- 21+ years of age

QUALIFICATIONS:

* One to three years' experience casino/hotel, customer service, host or other account management experience (Luxury service experience preferred).

* Ability to think independently in making decisions to maximize customer service experience and program profitability

* Ability to effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Must be proficient with customer Point-of-Service systems

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills required.

* Must have a systematic and process oriented mindset to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.

* Strong attention to detail with both trip logistics and customers

* Must have excellent customer service skills.

* Must present well-groomed professional appearance.

* Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
