Welder - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description

My is immediately hiring for an aluminum welder. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the production of aluminum light poles. On a daily basis the chosen candidate will be given a blueprint to work off of and to ensure customer specifications. The light poles will be on a rotating table that will spin the pole as they lay down the weld, which requires a steady hand. A candidate will need to be able to hold the weld bead and be able to make multiple passes on the pole.

Qualifications

MIG Aluminum welding experience

Able to interpret blueprints

Able to pass a horizontal, vertical, corner weld test

Knowledge of preparing aluminum before the weld

Shift - 2nd shift, 2pm-10pm

Pay $18.50 an hour over time is paid at time and a half.
