Shipping and Receiving

I am currently hiring for a shipping and receiving associate in Winder, GA. This is a long term opportunity with a company who is looking for someone to grow with their organization. The job description is listed below.

• Manufacture products in conformance to plant quality standards.
• Package finished goods in conformance to plant quality standards.
• Operate forklifts
• Follow accurate, timely and visible inventory methods to enhance both physical and electronic inventory accuracies.
• Uphold and advance HSE policies and standards.
• Maintain and improve operating performance of the operations department.
• Participate on improvement projects for the plant.
• Insure proactive planning and execution of activities within the operations department.
• Ensure compliance in areas of safety, housekeeping, and training.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.
• Comply with plant infrastructure systems (i.e. ISO 9000).
• Report all safety incidents and near misses and participate in investigations.
• Complete annual training as outlined in plants' Training Matrix.
• Complete required operator progression training as outlined in the Operator Training Matrix.
