At Chick-fil-A Turtle Creek, we are striving to find a high caliber professional to fill the role as the Restaurant Marketing Director. A marketing professional who has experience in sales, one who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and incredibly organized. The Restaurant Marketing Director will be working directly for the Chief Marketing Officer, alongside of the Directors.

  • Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, culture, values and conduct appropriately
  • Responsible for all marketing events and operations in the store to be carried out effectively
  • Works directly with the Chief Marketing Officer on anything related to marketing events and public relations in the community
  • Responsible for yearly/quarterly/monthly marketing and budgeting plan for the business
  • Responsible for yearly/quarterly/monthly sales forecasting, goals and action plans
  • Represents the store and the brand to the general public (Ex: chamber luncheons, grand openings, media events)
  • Work directly with CMO on business goals (Therefore, marketing goals and operational goals are on the same page to enhance the business as a whole)
  • Directly supervises and develops marketing team
  • Conversant about budget and how to maintain stewardship
  • Works with Directors to ensure smooth execution of events
  • Works directly with the Catering Director
  • Ensures that all Chick-fil-A national promotions are being implemented correctly (installing POP, correct menu boards, etc.)
  • Carries out a proper and approved social media plan for the business - in use of Chick-fil-A Brand Builder (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree specialized in business or marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
  • Must be comfortable meeting and tracking goals
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and Saturdays
  • Trained operationally and works on the floor a minimum of 20 hours a week
