Client Care Coordinator
The world’s trusted source of non-medical services and home care for seniors is seeking an outgoing, organized candidate for a full time Client Care Coordinator position. Must be career-oriented with excellent communication skills. This position is responsible for initial consultations and non-medical assessments of potential clients. The Client Care Coordinator answers service inquiries, meets with prospective clients, develops, communicates, and updates the individualized Plan of Care, introduces new CAREGivers, and ensures that quality services are maintained for clients. Experience in case management, social work, admissions, assessment, community liason, or healthcare marketing is a plus. Candidates should be available daylight hours with occasional flexibility. Salary is based on experience.
