The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition professionals to provide world-class recruitment for Sears Holdings Corporations Support or Technology Business Units. This role will partner with business leaders, hiring managers and HR professionals to set and drive recruitment strategy, mentor and grow the recruiting team and develop processes and metrics to achieve excellence. The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition will also assist in laying the foundations for driving process, productivity, recruiter efficiency and driving effective change throughout the team and company, and will assist in coaching our recruiters to become more proactive and consultative.

* Guides the SHC Support or Technology Businesses Units in meeting annual hiring goals via close partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership
* Successfully partners with other Talent Acquisition leaders, Business Leaders, and HR Business Partners to develop creative recruitment strategies
* Manages a requisition load for SHC Support or Technology Business Units
* Works closely with the Director, Talent Acquisition and specialty team to coordinate recruitment efforts throughout various college programs
* Refines processes and implements best practices across recruiters
* Manages multiple strategic projects supporting business objectives such as headcount allocation and planning, development of sourcing model(s), talent development, etc.
* Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding

REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Customer excellence focus and ability to guide and work with Senior Leaders in the business
* Ability to effectively manage projects and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* High level of comfort in communicating with all levels of management
* Ability to manage a recruiting budget
* Ability to develop and sustain key business partnerships
* Experience and comfort in presenting to groups of individuals
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
