Coiler- Wave Springs & Retaining Rings

Job Description:

We are currently hiring for machine operators to do their own set ups and run machines within our Wave Springs department or Retaining Department. The coiler is responsible for reading blue prints and wire cards, preparing machines with the correct wire, and using a computerized system for product movement. The coiler upholds the quality and procedures of our rings department.

Responsibilities:
-Use micrometers and calipers to successfully set up machines to required specifications
-Read drawings, blueprints, and reference sheets to understand job requirements
-Utilize control panels on machine to successfully run parts
-Use computerized system for various responsibilities (including product movement)
-Use micrometers and calipers to ensure parts meet required specifications and tolerances.
-Utilize a spring tester to ensure specifications

Qualifications:

-Mechanically inclined
-Pass a basic math test using a calculator

Plus:

-3 years machine operator OR 1 year machine set up experience

Shift:

2ND shift
3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

OR

3RD shift
11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Sunday-Thursday)
