Medical Schedulers - Full-time / Part-time

A third party dental support organization that handles all billing and customer service functions for dentist offices across the Midwest is hiring 5 Schedulers for their growing office! They will provide hands on training and are seeking motivated professional health care individuals!

Must Have Qualifications:

• 6+ months of customer service health care experience (medical receptionist, call center, insurance verification, etc)
• High School Diploma
• Must be able to work a shift M-F between 7am-7pm and potential Saturday mornings.

Typical Day:
-Candidates will be fielding customer service calls from patients scheduling dentist appointments, following up on claims, working with providers
-Will take on average 45-50 calls with an average handle time of 3-4 minutes per call
-Situations could include patients calling in and asking around appointment information; patients may ask about clinical requirements: customer service rep will help triage the call or get them in touch with the right person
-Will need to learn specific requirements and styles of each dentist office that they support. ("Dentist John needs this when scheduling appointments, he also requires this follow up) - attention to detail and ability to follow a process when given is going to be really important
