QA Document Review Specialist

Job functions include but not limited to:
Conducts QA review and approves all manufacturing/processing batch records, quality test records, QC protocols, and final reports.

Ensures completeness and accuracy of all files received by Quality Assurance, according to procedures and to meet regulatory requirements.

Collaborates with Manufacturing, Technical Services, Development Group and other departments to resolve product and process related quality issues to bring batch records to closure in timely manner.

Reviews, compiles and organizes data for trending purposes and prepares monthly trending presentation for client management team.

Revises existing or authors new procedures as needed in order to ensure procedure's adequacy for meeting global regulatory requirements.

Assist in the usage and maintenance of Master Control system for documentation management.

Administrative duties such as filing, organizing, scanning of documentation, etc. as required.

Engage in other QA duties as assigned and contribute to enhancing GMP areas of control.
