Aerotek is looking to hire a full time Human Resources - Benefits & Compensation Specialist for a full time opportunity with an aerospace manufacturing company in Philadelphia, PA.
- Open ended contract with potential for direct hire.
- Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)
- 1st Shift position

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzes and implements HRIS set-up and system customization. Provides end User training and ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Designs custom reports.
- Answers employee relations questions (health benefits, FMLA, EAP, 401k, company policy, etc.)
- Performs job evaluations providing analysis/recommendation to Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits; Prepares incentive plan documents/calculations
- Acts as vendor liaison for FMLA and STD
- Monitors employee eligibility for health, medical and dental insurance. Reviews benefits with employees and processes enrollment, cancellation or changes. Processes ancillary claims including: Life, AD&D, STD, and LTD claims.
- Administers 90-day probationary performance reviews. Calculates pay adjustments.
- Weekly uploads to WFN from the retirement plan sponsor.
- Maintains employee and applicant documentation as dictated by governing agencies.
- Monitors 401(k) enrollment, changes, terminations, and upload of bi-weekly payroll file.
- Support Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits (standard and ad-hoc reporting).
- Updates and maintains eligible salary adjustments / increases as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field of study.
- ADP Experience
- MS Excel Experience (Analytical)
- Benefits Management
- Employee Compensation Evaluations
- 3-7 years experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
