Aerotek is looking for an Administrative Assistant (Office Administrator) to support both the Strategic Account VP and team as well as other office functions:

A great Office Administrator will possess ALL of the following:

  1. Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years experience as either an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager.
  2. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Some knowledge of troubleshooting technical/computer issues a plus.
  3. The ability to write and proofread business documents and correspondence. Must be detail oriented.
  4. Experience providing administrative support to an office (i.e. ordering supplies, vendor interaction, day to day office support)

The Office Administrator will support a team of the Strategic Account Managers with client deliverables and act as the back-up point of contact for clients and partners. The Office Administrator will also serve as the primary administrator of all activities required to run and maintain the office.
