Delivery Driver/ToGo Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

As a Delivery Driver/To-Go-Specialist, you will be responsible for exceeding the customer expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt and attentive service that is tailored to the customer’s preference. You will be required to develop extensive product knowledge of the menu to explain and suggest offerings to the guest, upselling products when appropriate. To-Go Specialists will greet guests both in person and via the phone in a prompt and professional manner and take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate those orders to Kitchen staff clearly. You will assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments following Bloomin Brands standards, check orders for accuracy and review those orders with the guest prior to handoff to ensure satisfaction. A Delivery Driver/To-Go-Specialist will need to be a team player and assist throughout the store as needed in addition to assisting guest, ensuring that every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed.
