Role and Responsibilities
- Mold design and build experience
- Actively Participate in all aspects of the design process
- Part design reviews
- Responsible for accurate mold delivery
- Broad knowledge of molding and mold design with the ability to diagnose and solve molding issues.
- Ability to understand tooling specifications
- Able to work from sketches as well as understand tooling specifications.
- Mold design experience
- Strong attention to detail, high level of organizational skills, and a team player
- Engineering degree, Journeyman Mold Maker, Mold Designer or equivalent work experience
- Strong Communication Skills
- Year plus VISI experience
- Various CAD systems experience
- Automotive design experience a PLUS!
