Job Location
Louisville, KY- Produce Lane
Shift Schedule
Monday-Friday 7:30am- 4:30pm
Pay Rate
$13.00-14.50 depending on experience
Role: The candidate’s role is to provide customer service, process orders via the computer, follow procedures for preparing customer order, prepare shipments, conduct inventory and prepare shipments.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Must have a minimum of 1 year in warehouse experience
- Must be proficient in Windows, Outlook and Data Entry
- Must be service-oriented with previous customer service experience
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Ability to think critically and apply judgment when executing processes.
- Knowledge and effective use of source material to resolve questions
- Organize and prioritize multiple requests.
- Capacity for high productivity.
- Deal with pressure and deadlines – good stress management.
- Flexibility to handle changing demands.
- Ability to anticipate problems and identify alternative solutions.
