Job Summary:

Responsible for the daily functions in the area relating to mail sorting and filling, retrieving charge slips as requested from banks, photocopying retrieved slips in preparation to respond to requestor, communicate to store associates researching missing media as needed as well as miscellaneous administrative duties. In addition, Processor supports and assists the coordinators in the area as work flow fluctuates throughout the day.

Review credit card websites and daily download of credit card retrievals and input data into Excel spreadsheets. Interact with credit card companies, customer service, Loss Prevention, banks and Field Management to resolve and investigate customer credit issues. Monitor store compliance that fall within the guidelines. Create journal entries to record monthly expenses. Candidate must be able to lift 6-8 lbs and have the ability to be on their feet in a warehouse environment. Excel experience is necessary.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Satisfy retrieval requests from banks via pulling slips from warehouse.
• Photo copy pulled charge slips for response to banks.
• Assist with weekly mail sorting/filing.
• Complete departmental "support duties" i.e., maintain single late slip log/file, sort and distribute internal office mail received, pulling media for other areas of the department as requested, looking for missing checks and other tasks as assigned.
• Contact the stores for additional information and research items as needed i.e., missing slips, missing mail bags.
• Sort, log and file late mail received from stores and from Control area of Sales Audit.
