About this job

  • Responsible for introducing caregivers to the clients, define and help the caregivers understand the routine. 
    Serve as a liaison between all clients and their assigned caregivers. 
    Assist the staffing team in scheduling of caregivers as and when needed.
    Develop and maintain a structured, measurable and inclusive Quality Assurance program that builds trust with each client and caregiver.
    Will be responsible for Marketing initiatives- Including meetings representatives from Hospital, assisted living , Independent living. 
    Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with referral sources in the community. 
    Must have atleast 2 years of prior work experience in working in office setup.
    The candidate will be responsible for two weekends on Call per month.
    Must be a local applicant with a valid CA Drivers license.
