We are looking for a Training and Engagement Coordinator for our busy office! This position is part time with flexible day time and some early evening hours for training classes.
Objective:
The Training and Engagement Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties for the engagement of CAREGiversSM. They are expected to meet the needs of the CAREGivers and develop and maintain a workplace culture that retains quality CAREGivers, and organize and execute the training programs for CAREGivers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
- Create a monthly training calendar
- Assist in conducting CAREGiver orientation with Hiring Manager
- Evaluate and update orientation and training material as needed
- Assist in planning quarterly CAREGiver meetings
- Schedule and conduct CAREGiver trainings, In-Services, and Alzheimer's Training
- Plan and execute a schedule that ensures each CAREGiver has appropriate QA visits
- Conduct client/CAREGiver introductions as needed
- Log all client and CAREGiver activity utilizing the software system
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with owner, manager, colleagues and CAREGivers
- Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities
- Ensure Home Instead Senior Care standards are met and upheld
- High school graduate
- LPN may be considered
- At least one year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
