We are seeking Multiple Customer Service Representatives to ensure that each customer's online experience is highly enjoyable! This positions may involve taking inbound & making outbound calls as well as responding to emails and phone messages.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Rate of Pay: Up to $15/hr to start plus BONUS opportunities
Hours: Must have open availability to work between the hours of 6am – 11pm / Monday – Friday and every other weekend

- Support office with administrative responsibilities
- Answering Multi-Line Phone System
- Assisting Customers with Online Orders
- Taking Payments
- Special Projects as Designated
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: Billing, Collections, Telemarketing
- 2+ years customer service and/or sales experience NEEDED
- Possess a high standard of service in both telephone and email support
- MUST be proficient in MS Office
