Well-established financial firm on the North-West side of Milwaukee is seeking a Chargeback Representative to join their team. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm and compensation starts at $16.50/hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *Responds to client inquiries regarding disputes via telephone and/or email. *Completes disputes according to internal service levels and Visa/Mastercard regulation rules and time frames. *Resolves problems identified by the client regarding disputes. *Performs other related duties as assigned.
