Patient Access Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

Randstad is working with a hospital client who is in need of 3 Patient Access Coordinator's for their busy call center **Epic experience PREFERRED, heavy inbound/outbound customer service phone skills, call center experience, centralized scheduling experience, calendar management** This person is responsible for scheduling and registering patients for services utilizing internal programs and software such as EPIC. This person will interact with patients and physicians in order to set up appointments and to help the needs of the patient and their families.
