In this role, your responsibilities will include creating intakes, ordering and downloading medical records, filing electronically, creating and editing word documents, dispersing mail to the recipients in the office electronically, and other such tasks that may be delegated by the attorneys and staff. Responsibilities: - Performs various administrative duties in support of the department under moderate supervision. These functions may include mail distribution, invoice processing, inventory and supply control and restocking, scheduling activities, general clerical work and phone support. May handle confidential materials/information. - Maintains basic spreadsheets. May collect data and generate management information reports. - Prepares standard paperwork such
