Works directly with the RPLS on various tasks associated with land surveying. Responsible for completing various types of surveys, plats, and easement documents for a wide range of projects and clients Principal duties and responsibilities include: Daily processing of survey data, including evaluating accuracy and sufficiency, and ensuring compliance to applicable regulations and professional and industry standards related to boundary calculations, legal descriptions, etc. Perform deed research. Prepare survey plats and drawings, legal descriptions and alignment drawings. Provide technical support for field crews Perform quality control checks of drawings prepared by others.
