Project Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently hiring Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents for several general in the greater Baltimore area.

Project Manager Criteria

• 3+ years as Project Manager for a General Contractor on commercial construction projects
• Ability to handle multiple projects, start to finish
• Strong knowledge of working with all construction documents
• Experience running projects over $1 million

Assistant Project Manager Criteria

• 1+ year as Assistant Project Manager for a General Contractor on commercial construction projects
• Ability to handle multiple projects, start to finish
• Knowledge of construction documents
• Experience running projects over $500 thousand
• Proficiency using Project Management software

Superintendent Criteria

• Tool box talks
• Experience conducting safety reviews
• New construction and renovation builds
• Comfortable being on site start to finish
• Experience on projects $300 thousand or more
