Dispatch Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:
In this role the ideal candidate will be fielding incoming calls from customers in the plumbing division and setting them up in the system. In addition, they will find out what type of issue they have so they are sending the right technician in the field. The opportunity involves a lot of scheduling customers as well as various administrative responsibilities.
