One of Aeroteks candidates is looking to hire Cold Food Order Selector. In Petersburg VA Area
*Candidates will be working in the perishable department to include a refrigerated and freezer section for food lion merchandise
*Candidates can expect to work towards production goals for pulling orders which are described during orientation and onboarding process
*Candidates will be using a voice pick system/head (Bluetooth) set where they will be told what orders to pull, and how many of each order as they operate an electric pallet jack and stack orders
*Candidates can be expected to walk and operate the pallet jack for a minimum of an 8-11 hour shift
*Candidates will work in -10 degrees to 40 degrees, loading boxes of meats, yogurts, and all bulk items onto their pallets that would be then transported to local food lion stores
*Candidates can be expected to do consistent lifting of 50 plus lbs, bending to pick up boxes and placing on pallet jack. Candidates must be able to independently lift on occasion 100 lbs.
*Candidates Must be able to work safely, have accuracy, meet production goals, and most importantly work as a Team.
