About this job

We are currently seeking Customer Service Call Center Representatives to work in the Linthicum, MD area. The Call Center Representative is responsible for receiving calls, answering questions, and resolving issues. They will receive phone calls from customers, providers and staff, and employer groups. The Representative will be answer questions on the status of claims, ID cards, addresses, and other issues as requested by the caller.

In addition the Representative will:

  • Handle claim inquiries from providers and members
  • Communicating correct information regarding accessibility, claims status and other calls of a service nature
  • Providing benefits information
  • Meet and maintain established department metrics
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle all calls in a professional and courteous manner.

** Need to be able to work flexible shift up to 9pm **

MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF HIGH VOLUME CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
