Job Description
Providing Tier I technical support for a Financial Services Institution in the beautiful UTC area!
Assisting with our proprietary software products and ensuring that our service level and customer satisfaction agreements are held to the highest standard with our Financial Advisers and Clients.
This Technical Support would primarily be done over the phone and via email communications.
Qualifications / Day to Day Duties
- Provide detailed and comprehensive incident documentation in our proprietary incident tracking database.
- Proper escalation of incidents to management.
- Troubleshooting Skills.
- Ability to Multitask.
- Follow up Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Additionally, we are open to candidates with a Customer Service background who are technologically / computer savvy.
