Responsibilities and Duties: COOKS - Experience with Saute, Grill & Fryer. Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment. Preparing ingredients to use in cooking(chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.) Cooking food in various utensils, fryers or grillers.BARTENDER - Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. Present bar menu.WAIT STAFF - Presenting a variety of menu options. Advising on the best food and drink choices for each customer and answering questions.
