Job Description: Guardian Angel Staffing is taking applications for Registered Nurses for FULL-TIME Employment opportunities in a State Hospital and a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. The State Hospital is a 175-bed acute care adult Psychiatric facility that provides acute, inpatient psychiatric care for adults who are mentally ill. The Skilled Nursing Facility is a 144-bed skilled nursing facility for the care and treatment of persons with behavioral health, and intellectual disabilities; serving persons with co-current chronic behavioral health and physical health issues. PAYRATE: STARTINGAT $32.00/HR SHIFT AVAILABLE: 11pm to 7am 6pm to 7am All positions require rotating weekends JOBSUMMARY: Demonstrates basic nursing skills in provision of direct patient care. Supervises ancillary nursing staff. Demonstrates nursing process in provision of care. Solicits guidance and/or direction from clinical nurses, coordinators, or charge nurses as needed. Assumes other duties within the scope of a registered nurse as assigned. JOBRELATIONSHIP: A. Responsible to – Charge Nurse B. Supervises- Licensed Practical Nurses C. Works Closely With- All departments, patients, and family members. D. Evaluations- Annual QUALIFICATIONS: A. Education Requirements- Successful completion of an approved program for registered nursing education. B. Training/Experience/Special Skills Requirements- Successful completion of orientation program and a evaluation of an overall meets or above. C.
