MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS-MAKE READY TECHNICIAN   GreyStone of Noblesville has an opening for a Full-time Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate must possess the technical skills required to handle resident service requests, perform preventive maintenance; getting apartments ready for lease as well as customer service skills to communicate well with team members and to work independently.   Duties include but not limited to- Timely completion of routine, emergency and preventive maintenance duties, walking and maintaining grounds every morning, turning vacant units per policy, painting, cleaning, install and repairs.  Keeping working areas maintained and organized, maintain inventory list, keeping maintenance shop structured.    If you are dependable, knowledgeable in apartment maintenance and repairs, hands on, good with tools, hard worker and you take pride in your work accomplishments, this is for you.   Pedcor Homes Corporation offers a competitive salary with a benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off and paid holidays.
