Customer Service Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek client is currently hiring for a Customer Service Engineer. This person will be responsible for learning our client's equipment by reading CAD electrical drawings of machines and engineering/operator documents. This person will use this knowledge to interface with our client's customers to troubleshoot any issues with client's machinery.

The successful candidate will be highly detailed oriented, a great communicator and will have a high level of critical thinking ability. This individual will be able to interpret the client's customer's concerns and questions over the phone and identify and relay an appropriate solution over the phone to customer's technical and non-technical personnel.
